4. CTP10 C1002 -- If CTP10 is present, then CTP02 is required

Semantics:
1. CTP07 is a multiplier factor to arrive at a final discounted price. A multiplier of .90 would be the factor if a 10% discount is given.
2. CTP08 is the rebate amount.
